1lb 400g chicken thigh
2TBS soy sauce
1/8 TBS chicken bullion
1/8 TBS vinegar
1/4 tbs each garlic and ginger
4 TBS potato starch
1 TBS rice flour
Enough Oil for deep fry
1 Cut chicken thigh the size of 1 inch X 1 inch
2 Grind garlic and ginger
3 making marinade sauce: soy sauce, chicken bouillon, vinegar, and grinder garlic and ginger mix all
4 Add chicken into the marinade sauce and mix by hand – DO NOT leave in the sauce for a long time! marinade chicken just before you fry them
5 In the bowl, put potato starch and rice flour combine and mix
6 Beat egg in the bowl
7 Dip the chicken into the egg bowl and put it to the flour bowl
8 Heat oil 350 F
9 Drop chicken into the frying oil for 30 sec.
10 Take off from Oil
11 After 4 min, put the chicken into the 350 F oil again for 40 sec.
