This is my favorit recipe. It is sweet miso and very good with chicken and cauliflower! This is not original Japanese recipe and not popular but I really like it! So I will share with you.
Ingredients
4 people
Marinate souce
pinch Salt
1TBS Soy Sauce
1 TBS Sake
1/3 Egg
1 1/2 TBS Potato starch
1 TBS Oil
7oz Chicken
whole 1 Cauliflower
1 Chinese Onion
1 (half of inch) Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
3 TBS Tenminjyan
*Sauce
1TBS Sugar
1TBS Sake
2 TBS Soy sauce
Pinch Papper
1TBS Potato starch with same amount water
2 TBS Chicken stock soup
Instruction
1 Cut chicken about half inch and put in the marinate sauce.
2 Heat up the oil in the deep fryer about 320F and put chicken and take out and drain oil.
3 Cut cauliflower about same size as chicken and put in deep fryer and fry them and take out.
Drain oil.
4 Put 1 Tbs oill in the frying panand put ginger, garlic and onion, cook together.
5 Then put tenminjyan – brown sauce and sautee it. Add chicken and cauliflower and mix them together.
6 Lastly, add *Sauce in the pan.
Great share of a new recipe I just learned today. I will definitely try this one. BTW, thanks for the detailed images. This will take sometime for me to prepare alone though.
