Harusame salad

Cellophane noodles = Harusame (also known as Chinese vermicelli, bean threads, bean thread noodles, crystal noodles, or glass noodles) are a type of transparent noodle made from starch (such as mung bean starch, yam, potato starch, cassava or canna starch), and water.
Ingredients
30g Harusame (rice noodle) dry
2 Slices Ham
1-inch Carrots
1/3 size Cucumber
1tbs Sesame oil
2tbs Vinegar
1 1/2 tbs Sugar
1tbs Sesame seeds
2tbs Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Japanese powder dashi
Instruction
Put dry harusame in the boiling water and cook it.
Cut carrots, cucumber, and bacon into juliennes.
Ham and carrots in the bawl.
Pour sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, Japanese power dashi, and sesame oil.
Put cucumber noodle, and sesame into the bawl that have
all other ingredients and mix them all together.
You can put in the refrigerator and chill them and eat it if you want to have a cold salad.
