I will show you how to make authentic Chicken Teriyaki from scratch. You may think you have to buy already made teriyaki bottle from the store. You do not need to purchase teriyaki sauce from the store! You need essential Japanese ingredients, and you can make delicious Chicken teriyaki!
I think Teriyaki became famous in the U.S. was about 30 years ago. Teriyaki is traditional food but not only chicken but also fish. Ingredients
1 or 2 chicken thigh with skin
1tbs sugar
2tbs mirin
2tbs soy sauce
2tbs sake
1tbs oil (I use vegetable)
Instruction
1 cut the chicken strings at not skin side and same time make meat even thickness
