I often make Healthy vegan waffles, which are easy to make and taste good. You will be surprised that this doesn’t have dairy but is still very tasty. You can control the amount of sugar if you make the recipe yourself. I try not to buy sugar and flour and keep in my house as much as possible. Because I will make sweets any time of the day, I mean even midnight. If I do not have flour, I quickly give up to start making any desserts at midnight. Anyway, this recipe is straightforward and need sugar and flour, so this is perfect to make midnight snack if I crave sweets late at night. Uhhhh! Dangerous! However, I can control the sweetness and not using any eggs nor the dairy, it is a feel better to eat it. I often put some fruits on top, so this makes satisfy my sweet tooth.
One day, I made Anko, which is sweet adzuki beans and this time, before I make the paste, and put it on the waffle, it tastes good and reminds me of a Taiyaki. This way, I control the sweetness of Anko and waffle, I still feel like it is no guilty eating sweet.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
1TBS Sugar
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Soymilk
1TBS Oil
1TBS Flax seeds (option)
Instruction
1 Sift flour sugar, sugar, cinnamon, flax seeds, and baking flour together
2 Add oil and soy milk in the bowl of #1
3 Heat the waffle machine
4 Pour dough in the waffle machine
